Care and cleaning: Clean with warm soapy water and pat dry with a cloth towel. Do not use chemical cleaners. Excess tackiness can be eliminated with a light dusting of cornstarch or baby powder.

Hot or cold therapy: To heat, place in a microwave for no more than 10 seconds. To chill, place in the refridgerator for 1.5-2 hours.
