Donna Hartley - Managing Director
Donna is our MD and brings a wealth of experience to the table having previously worked in sales, telemarketing, debt recovery, marketing, warehousing, manufacturing and HR. Donna's broad skill set is matched only by her people skills and "can do" attitude, nothing deters her.
Interesting fact: Donna is a bit like the bionic woman, having had 12 metal plates put in her leg following an accident in 2013. Airport security is a nightmare!
Graham Corps - IT Director
Graham is ROMPA's long-serving IT Director and has recently steered the team through the implementation of our new ERP system, and a major upgrade to our catalogue content & publishing database system.
Interesting fact: Graham's love of Manchester City football team is matched only by his love of the band Queen.
Emma Kettlewood - Financial Director
Emma is Rompa’s Financial Director and is responsible for keeping her eagle eye on the company finances. Outside work Emma can be found dancing (Ballroom & Latina) or watching motor racing.
Interesting fact: Emma built a car with her husband and drove it all the way to Italy.

Mark Johns - Commercial Manager
Mark is Rompa’s Commercial Manager. When he is not busy chasing new opportunities you will find him walking in the Peak District or fishing in local rivers.
Interesting fact: Many years ago Mark held the Derbyshire under 15 javelin record. How things have changed.
Mark Whitehead - Design Manager
Mark is our design manager with over 22 years experience in helping customers dreams become a reality, creating rooms in hospitals, schools, hospices, homes and hotels, as well as buses, tents, vans and boats! Away from the screen you will find him rambling the North Yorkshire Moors, camera in hand.
Interesting fact: Mark manages a rock band.
Amy Coghlan - Marketing Manager
Amy is responsible for managing, developing and implementing Rompa’s traditional and digital marketing initiatives. When she is not at work you will find her pampering her pooch, Teddy.
Interesting fact: Amy has moved house 13 times!
John Harden - National Account Executive
John travels the up and down the country meeting our customers and assessing how Rompa can meet their needs with sensory products and sensory room designs. When not travelling around the UK, John enjoys socialising and watching the footy.
Interesting fact: John was a football referee for 25 years at a semi-professional level.
Mike Reed - Sales Advisor
Mike is one of our Sales Advisors and one of the older statesmen of Rompa. When he is not traveling the length and breadth of the country he may be found zig zagging his way around the golf course or on one of his numerous holidays.
Interesting fact: In his youth Mike was a semi-professional footballer.
Behind the scenes
Here are some of the important people you might encounter should you call or visit the Rompa offices. They keep the wheels turning when the rest of us are out and about.
Wendy Wright - Office Manager
Wendy is the oil that ensures the Rompa office runs like a finely tuned engine. When she's not demonstrating her organisational prowess, Wendy can often be found riding around the Peak District on the back of a motorcycle.
Interesting fact: Wendy makes her own range of greetings cards which she donates to local charities.
Netta Botticelli - Reception
Netta has a diverse and varied role, but she is chiefly the first point of contact for any incoming customer calls or visitors to the company. Green fingered Netta grows her own fruit and vegetables and has recently enjoyed the experience of visiting New York.
Interesting fact: Netta is a qualified Hairdresser.
Lee Charnock – Production Manager
Lee is responsible for overseeing the production of the components for our sensory rooms. He also has to work out if some of the more unusual imaginings of the design team can be made. He has a team of highly skilled individuals to help him produce everything from soft play wall and floor cushions to vibrating furniture.
Interesting fact: Lee came 3rd in a Mr Minorca 2016 competition but it was probably rigged because he should have won.
Brian Millege – Deputy Warehouse Manager
Brian has been with Rompa for more than 12 years and oversees all the day to day operations of the warehouse and staff. He's responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory control, customer returns and repairs as well as quality checks for products.
Interesting fact: Brian is a former submariner who spent 24 years on submarines.
Wendy Johns – Deputy Production Manager
Wendy is responsible for the day to day running of our furniture and softplay production facility. When she's not at work she enjoys spending time with her family.
Interesting fact: Wendy has a penchant for fruit pastilles.
Hannah Tomes – Production Administrator
Hannah takes care of the paperwork moving through the production department and liaises with colleagues and suppliers to ensure we have everything we need to do a fantastic job. She has 3 cats which makes her the "crazy cat lady" of the production office.
Interesting fact: Hannah's partner proposed to her while she was hanging the washing out. She genuinely thought he’d fallen over when he got on one knee.
Chris Rendi - Purchasing Manager
Chris is our purchasing manager and does a fantastic job liasing with our suppliers. Chris loves going on holiday with family, walking his Jack Russel and watching Sheffield Wednesday.
Interesting fact: Chris has raced his Caterham sports car at Cadwell Park, Donnigton Park & Harewood Hillclimb circuits.
Lisa Dunks - PA to MD and HR Manager
Lisa is Donna's PA and supports the other directors and staff with HR and health and safety matters. Outside work Lisa divides her time between family, friends and the gym. She is also an avid snooker watcher.
Interesting fact: Lisa's partner proposed to her on live TV at a snooker match at The Crucible.
Lenka Pisova - International Sales Administrator
Lenka takes care of our network of international partners and is always happy to answer their questions and ensure their orders get to the right place. When not at work Lenka enjoys walking in the Peak District and travelling.
Interesting fact: Lenka ran 3 half marathons for Cancer Research and is a qualified Pilates instructor.
Rachael Bromage - Sales Administrator
Rachael is a member of our sales team and covers reception as well as helping out with other office admin tasks. When not at work Rachael is currently learning to drive.
Interesting fact: Rachael lives in the a pub.
Gwenyth Moore - Sales Administrator
Gwenyth is a very experienced member of our the Sales Team and is always happy to help. When not in work mode Gwenyth is either getting her nails done, shopping or riding her bike.
Interesting fact: One of Gwenyth's achievements was a ride in a hot air balloon over the Lake District – very brave.
Lisa Kirkwood - Sales Administrator
Lisa manages customer queries by telephone and email, processes orders and handles returns. When she's not doing all that, she's either having her nails done or watching her beloved Chesterfield FC.
Interesting fact: In her youth Lisa met her favourite band at the time - Rootjoose.
Lisa Pezzuto - Business Development Co-ordinator
As Business Development Co-ordinator Lisa deals with initial enquiries from customers relating to the installation of a sensory or soft play room. Lisa's time outside work is focussed mainly on her young son.
Interesting fact: Lisa enjoys a bit of karaoke when on a night out.
Amanda Godfrey- Deputy Office Manager
As Deputy Office Manager, Amanda works closely with the Office Manager and prepares the paperwork required by the installers and the customers. She also arranges hotels and liaises with customers and colleagues about each project. When she's not at work Amanda can usually be found shopping.
Interesting fact: Amanda came first in a district junior trampolining competition.
Amber White- Installations Co-ordinator
As installations Co-ordinator, Amber spends a lot of time liaising with the sensory room designers, communicating with installation customers. When she's not ensuring that the installation team is running smoothly, Amber loves singing and bingo!
Interesting fact: Amber loves penguins and cake.
Matthew Cook - Installations Co-Ordinator
Installations Co-Ordinator Matt is responsible for collecting all relevant documentation we need in order to proceed with an order, whilst liaising with our customers throughout the process. When he's not at work he's probable playing guitar or on his bike.
Interesting fact: Matt is a fully trained cocktail bartender.
Ann Wilkinson - Accounts
Ann is responsible for ensuring that our suppliers are paid on time. When she's not keeping them happy, Ann can be found walking in the Peak District National Park and spending as much time as possible visiting Chatsworth House & park.
Interesting fact: Ann swam with dolphins in Florida.
Julie Smart - Accounts
Julie is responsible for credit control. When she's not answering customer queries Julie enjoys walking the Cleveland Way with her chocolate Labrador Charlie.
Interesting fact: Julie came second in a 400 metre race at school against the Derbyshire County Champion, there were only two of them in the race as no one else would dare run against her!
Peter Glazier - Designer
Pete is one of the more experienced members of the design team working on Snoezelen & soft play room layouts and various design projects. When the mouse is asleep Pete enjoys family outings to the peak district, galleries and Chatsworth House, walking his Dalmation dog, drawing and teaching himself slide guitar.
Interesting fact: In a previous life Pete worked as an assistant animator on the credits of ‘Pink Panther strikes again’ and the animated feature ‘The 12 tasks of Asterix’
Bruno Camacho - Designer
Bruno joined the Rompa design team in 2014 and divides his time between producing sensory room designs, advertising, catalogues and exhibition stands. Outside work Bruno dances Salsa and runs his own evening classes in Nottinghamshire and Derby.
Interesting facts: Bruno danced his way into the first round of Britain's Got Talent in 2010 and is fluent in Spanish.
Sarah Drew - Designer
Sarah joined the design team design team in 2014. When she’s not designing room visuals for customers or working on the catalogues Sarah enjoys baking, creating crafts and spending time with friends.
Interesting fact: Sarah is part of the Roller Derby Team.
Kate Hays - Product Manager
Kate has been Rompa’s Product Manager for over a decade and is always looking for exciting and innovative new products. Outside work, her two young children keep her very busy.
Interesting fact: Kate has a Double Honours Degree in Modern Languages and has lived in France and Spain.
Tania Holmes - Product Assistant
Tania is our Product Assistant. When she’s not supporting the product team or designing new product concepts, you will find her in the gym, camping, on her 600cc motorbike or out with friends enjoying life.
Interesting fact: Tania makes Gothic Xmas Stockings, Mad Xmas Jumpers, Alternative gothic and rock greetings cards and mosaics in her spare time.
Richard Milner – IT Administrative Support
Richard is our resident IT support guy and if there's something he can't fix we haven't broken it yet. When he’s not stalking Rompa’s IT Gremlins and wrestling them to the ground, Richard enjoys watching and playing football.
Interesting fact: Richard is reluctant to share any information about himself with anyone.
Mark Tyler - Web Designer
Mark is our in house web designer. When he's not polishing Rompa's website to a high shine Mark enjoys mountain biking in the Peak District and playing Bob Dylan songs, rather badly, on his guitar.
Interesting fact: Mark is a qualified ski instructor.
